Brave Waves is proud to offer volunteer opportunities for high school students through the Lifesaving Society. Volunteers help out in the water and on deck by fulfilling the Lifesaving Society's mission to prevent drowning and reduce water-related injury

Brave Waves Instructors are qualified in many different ways! Individuals must be fun, charismatic, organized and reliable. Candidates will complete a 15 hour instructor course and be Bronze Cross certified. Not certified yet? We can help!
Mature or retired individual looking for something more?
We value all ages and all experiences! Brave Waves loves to work with people who are excited to learn and be a part of the fantastic atmosphere. All instructors must be certified with Bronze Cross, Standard First Aid & be a Brave Waves certified Instructor. Not Certified? We will provide the training you need!
