No, you can sign up anytime. But signing up at now has benefits. Best days and times always sell out when we get close to key dates - the start of summer, the start of school in September, and back to school in January - it's guaranteed. Booking now allows you to pick the days and times that best fit your busy schedule and lock those in.  

Brave Waves is open Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays. Families can book one-time or multiple times per week - it's completely up to you. Multiple days a week are also possible. Hours are Tuesday and Wednesday from 3:30 to 8:30PM, Saturday from 9:00AM until 6:00PM, and Sunday 9:00AM until 6:00PM. Parent and Me programs as well as Adult swimming lessons will also be available on those days. Classes are 25 minutes in length except for Orca and Lake classes which are 50 minutes. 

Your day and time year-round. All your kids at one convenient time. Just pick the day(s) convenient for your family and that time-slot is yours until you opt out. Billings are once-per month, and opting out is easy. Simply notify us by text, email, or at the front desk by the 9th of the preceding month.

Absolutely. You can change your day and time to any available open slot as of the next full month.  If you see a slot that works better for you but is currently filled, simply put your swimmer's name on the waitlist. When it comes open, you are given the opportunity to change your existing slot. If you do not take it, that slot is then offered to the next family on the wait list.

There are no set classes with starts and stop dates. Your swimmer can start anytime and we have lots of available slots daily to fit them into the level that best fits their ability. And since advancement is based on their progress, not some set-session-timeline, your swimmer goes to the next level on their very next lesson. That's great feedback and motivation for the swimmer and super value for parents.  Fun Fact: iPads power our proprietary swimmer-evaluations allowing us to constantly monitor your swimmer's progress. We love sharing evals with students and parents so you always know exactly how they're doing and the steps to the next level. Ask us - we'd love to share!

Not every month is a four week, four lesson month. Sometimes, there are five weeks and five lessons in a month or Brave Waves may have scheduled downtime for March Break, national holidays or the two week year-end holidays. In those months, your tuition will be automatically adjusted to fit your actual scheduled lessons. If you start mid-month, your fees will be adjusted for the number of classes that month and then resume normal monthly billing thereafter. And if Brave Waves has to cancel your class for any reason, your account is automatically credited!

We recognize that many families want down time at key times in the year. For that reason, regular swim lessons will be suspended for the March Break and the year end holidays. You will not be charged for these dates. Brave Waves may however, offer Swim Camps during March Break and one of the two holiday weeks at year end for those wanting an activity for the kids.  Watch for updates.

Outdoor lessons are not being offered in 2024, simply because of the required focus and resources to get the Indoor Facility up and running. Check here for updates on Summer 2025.
